CRM CoE Alliance Community Guidelines

Welcome to the CRM CoE Alliance Community on Kajabi! Our community is a space for CRM professionals to learn, collaborate, and grow together. We ask all members to follow these guidelines to ensure a supportive and engaging environment.

1. Be Respectful & Professional

  •  Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism.
  •  Disagreements are natural but should be expressed constructively.
  •  Harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

2. Stay On-Topic

  •  Discussions should relate to CRM Centers of Excellence, governance, strategy, best practices, and professional development.
  •  Avoid off-topic discussions, including politics, religion, or unrelated promotions.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

  •  Sharing resources and insights is encouraged, but excessive self-promotion is not allowed.
  •  Do not post unsolicited sales pitches, job ads, or affiliate links.

4. Maintain Confidentiality & Data Security

  •  Do not share sensitive company information, confidential data, or proprietary content.
  •  Respect intellectual property—only share content you have the right to distribute.

5. Share Constructive Insights & Best Practices

  •  Contribute meaningful discussions, case studies, and lessons learned from your CRM CoE experience.
  •  Support peer learning by asking and answering questions helpfully and constructively.

6. Engage with Integrity

  •  Use your real name and professional identity to foster trust.
  •  Be honest about your background and expertise—no false credentials or misleading information.

7. Report Issues Responsibly

  •  If you notice a guideline violation, report it to the community moderators instead of engaging in conflict.
  •  Moderators reserve the right to remove posts, warn members, or suspend accounts for violations.

By participating in this community, you agree to abide by these guidelines. We aim to create a valuable and collaborative space where CRM professionals can grow, exchange ideas, and support each other.
