AI is software that is “programmed” by examples. Generative AI offers several advantages:
- a conversational user interface that makes business systems easier to use
- automatically generate content that only people could produce before
- automate complex workflows and decisions using business rules defined in plain language
- reduce the time to develop advanced customer experiences

My passion is helping customers adopt new technologies. IOpenAI’s GPT in December 2021 and am developing advanced AI solutions. I've developed early AI software for expert systems, knowledge management, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and data mining algorithms, such as association rules, random forest, and principal component analysis.

I am a Salesforce Well-Architected Ambassador, DASA Ambassador, Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame inductee, and Architect User Group Leader with nearly 13 years of experience driving enterprise DevOps and digital transformations. I currently serve as Innovation Architect at DeVry University, where I focus on AI governance, literacy, and strategy while guiding responsible adoption of emerging technologies. I have recently earned multiple AI accolades, underscoring my commitment to shaping ethical and impactful innovation. In my spare time, I co-lead RAD Women, helping individuals break into technical roles through Apex training programs.
