CRM CoE Alliance Training Terms and Condition

1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in a CRM CoE Alliance training (paid or free), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Course Access & Delivery
Courses are delivered online via our learning platform. Access begins on the start date and continues for the duration specified per course.

3. Payment & Fees

Paid courses require full payment before access is granted.

All fees are non-refundable after payment, except as specified in the Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full refund (less 10% processing fee) if cancelled more than 2 days (48 hours) before the course start.
  • No refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start date or after.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via the enrollment portal or email.

5. Video & Audio Recording
Training sessions may be recorded and used by CRM CoE Alliance for future training and marketing. Recordings may capture student chat, voice, and video.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials (videos, slides, documents) are owned by CRM CoE Alliance. You may use them for personal learning only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing materials is prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully, avoid profanity, harassment, disruptive behavior, and to follow the instructor's directions.

8. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible hardware/software. CRM CoE Alliance is not liable for technical issues on your end.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Courses are provided “as‑is.” CRM CoE Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course use.

10. Privacy
We follow our Privacy Policy regarding your personal data collection, usage, and protection.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in a court located in Dallas County.

12. Changes to Terms
CRM CoE Alliance reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes apply to new enrollees; current participants will be notified of material revisions.
