CRM CoE Framework Leader certification course

We are excited to open enrollment for Cohort 2. The courseĀ beginsĀ August 7, 2025. To apply,Ā fill out the formĀ below.
Starting August 7th, this course runs eight weeks with one-and-a-half-hour live class sessions on Thursdays at 7 PM CST. You will receive access to the first module on August 1st. Every seven days thereafter, you will receive access to the following module.
Objectives: To Educate, Inspire, and Develop CRM CoE Leaders
- Define CRM CoE Purpose: Introduce the strategic role and organizational models of CRM CoEs.
- Master the CRM CoE Framework: Teach key domains, capabilities, functions, the Five-Step Process, and business outcomes.
- Lead with Strategy: Align leadership with business goals to drive measurable value.
- Refine Operations: Apply the Five-Step Process for prioritizing functions and defining improvement via first principles, standards, best practices, and KPIs.
- Drive Innovation: Leverage AI and automation as enablers of continuous CoE improvement.
- Foster Collaboration: Promote cross-functional engagement, communication, and talent development across CRM ecosystems.

Certification Criteria:
- Attendance: Minimum 75% of 8 live sessions.
- Complete all assignments and quizzes.
- Submit an acceptable capstone project ā a CRM CoE strategic roadmap for your actual or hypothetical CoE
- A score of 80% or higher on the quizzes and final assessment.
